I'm not doing very well at remembering to take a picture every day. We drove out to a lake yesterday so I had lots of opportunities for taking pictures. We actually saw a bald eagle!! But I couldn't capture him with my camera, sadly.
But I did get a shot of this little armadillo as he was eating something gross, no doubt!
We had one of these little guys running around in our yard one summer night. I was sitting out at the fire pit with my son and a couple other people (grandkids?) enjoying the night sky when we heard something scampering around in the dark. The son had his flashlight and went and took a look. It eventually ran off into the neighbors yard. Seeing them up this way more often as the summers get warmer.
